What you’ll do
- Prepare delivery bags and plan efficient daily routes.
- Deliver and pick up supplies (linen, cleaning products, guest items) across Hostminded properties.
- Monitor and adjust on-site stock levels to avoid over/under-stocking; report discrepancies in our apps.
- Handle keys & lockboxes (moves, installs, photo documentation).
- Perform light on-site maintenance/fixes (≤ 45 minutes) when needed.
- Run errands and special purchases with approved vendors.
- Support linen ops (laundry loops, towel folding, drop-offs/collections).
- Keep storage tidy: stock counts, organization, simple vendor coordination.
- Provide quick on-site support during guest check-ins when required.
- Use and care for cargo bikes: daily checks, basic cleaning, report repairs.
- Complete reports, checklists, and photo documentation for every task.
Who you are
- Comfortable cycling a cargo bike across the city year-round and lifting medium loads.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with strong time management.
- Practical problem-solver; happy to tackle small fixes and think on your feet.
- Confident using smartphone apps for tasks, routing, photos, and checklists.
- Communicate clearly in basic English.
