What you’ll do
- Perform thorough cleanings at Hostminded-managed apartments according to our hospitality standards and checklists.
- Ensure each property is guest-ready and reflects the high quality our brand is known for.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or items that need improvement.
- Keep track of stock levels for linen, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- Take initiative and “go the extra mile” to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist with occasional ad-hoc tasks such as greeting guests, key handling, runner deliveries, or small repair coordination.
Who you are
- You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things right.
- You manage your time efficiently and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a proactive mindset and enjoy solving small challenges on the go.
- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage — but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
- Basic English skills are required.
