Property Care Specialist

Hiring nowCopenhagenPart-timeFrom 180 DKK/h + holiday payFull-time from spring 2027

Know every home in our portfolio, keep it in top condition, and be the link between what happens on the ground and what owners need to decide.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new properties: on-site walkthroughs, documenting amenities, access, house rules and quirks, and coordinating photography.
  • Create and publish listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms — photo selection and order, copy, amenities, house rules — and keep them accurate as properties change.
  • Carry out regular condition inspections and capture wear, damage and improvement needs with clear photo documentation.
  • Be first on site after incidents (parties, water damage, break-ins) to inspect, document and secure the property.
  • Lead damage and property-related OTA cases (e.g. Airbnb claims) together with Guest Operations, providing the evidence and follow-up.
  • Build improvement cases for owners — appliance replacements, upgrades, repairs — with photos, quotes and a clear recommendation, and follow them through to completion.
  • Approve and manage small fixes within your own spending authority; coordinate vendors and tradespeople for larger jobs.
  • Keep owners informed with a clear overview of their property's condition and open items.
  • Work closely with the Field Operations Supervisor and Guest Operations so issues flagged by cleaners, runners and guests get resolved rather than lost.
  • Continuously improve our property documentation, inspection checklists and onboarding process.

Who you are

  • You have experience in property maintenance, facility management, hotel housekeeping management, damage assessment or similar hands-on property work.
  • You're structured and thorough: good photos, clear notes, cases that are easy for an owner to say yes to.
  • You have a practical eye — you can tell a worn appliance from a broken one, and know when to call a professional.
  • You communicate confidently and professionally with property owners, including when the news isn't good.
  • You understand what makes a home appealing to guests and can translate that into a listing.
  • You're comfortable with digital tools (PMS, CRMs, checklist apps, OTA extranets) and quick to learn new ones.
  • You're happy to be on the move across Copenhagen most days.
  • Fluent English required; Danish is a strong plus for owner and vendor communication.
Bonus: experience with Airbnb Resolution Centre / AirCover claims, or basic handyman skills.

  • Real ownership: your own spending authority for small fixes, and direct relationships with owners.
