What you’ll do

Coordinate and schedule onboarding and photography sessions with property owners and freelance photographers.
Collect and document all practical details about each property, including amenities, access instructions, building rules, and unique features.
Ensure all property data and materials are correctly uploaded into Hostminded’s internal systems.
Create, optimize, and publish listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com following Hostminded’s brand and quality standards.
Review photo deliveries for quality, consistency, and presentation before listing publication.
Communicate with property owners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they have a clear overview and smooth experience.
Suggest improvements or recommendations to enhance the property’s presentation and guest appeal.
Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to provide feedback on positioning, calendar setup, and availability.
Continuously refine internal onboarding processes and documentation to improve efficiency.

Who you are

You have experience with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing multiple projects at once.
You have excellent communication skills and a professional, service-minded attitude toward property owners.
You’re comfortable using digital tools such as CRMs, PMS systems, or similar workflow software.
You have a strong sense of aesthetics and understand what makes a home appealing to guests.
You work independently, reliably, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required.
